standards control + project tracking
Your client standards go untracked, and your project status lives in ten spreadsheets
One platform for your standards library and your project operations — built for steel detailing teams working across many clients.
Bring one client’s standards and one team’s projects to start.
The documents your team details from, and the status of the work itself
Standards & Document Control
- Versioned uploads, so nothing is ever silently overwritten
- Tagged by client, project and document type
- Change notifications that say what actually changed
- Every revision recorded against the person who filed it
Project & Team Tracker
- One tracker format for every team
- Live status across teams and shifts
- Per-client project visibility
- Exportable reports for client reviews
Client standards get lost and go stale across scattered folders, inboxes and drives
Three detailers open three different files. The revision that actually shipped is whichever one was on someone’s desktop.
One entry per standard, every revision kept, and a change note the whole team can read in ten seconds.
Every team keeps its own spreadsheet, and nobody sees the whole picture
Every team invents its own columns, so the numbers can’t be added up and the words don’t mean the same thing twice.
The same short entry from every team, so one board answers “what is slipping?” without a status meeting to assemble it.
A shared folder and a spreadsheet work for a week, then break down
Shared drives + spreadsheets
- No change history once a file is replaced
- Status is only as fresh as the last manual edit
- Every team’s columns drift into a different format
- No way to scope access per client
Organization decays over time
Hadvii as the system of record
- Every revision kept, with a readable change note
- Status logged once, visible to everyone
- One format across all teams and clients
- Role-based access per client workspace
Gets more organized the more your team uses it
Upload. Track. Stay in sync.
Both modules run on the same three habits — no migration project, and no new file naming rules for your team to remember.
Upload and tag standards
Add the spec the client sent. Client, project and document type are tagged on the way in, so it can be found again by anyone who needs it.
Log project status in one format
Each team updates the same short entry — stage, percent complete, blockers — instead of maintaining its own separate sheet.
Everyone sees changes
A revised standard or a slipping project reaches the people it affects, rather than sitting in a folder nobody thought to reopen.

Questions we get asked
How is access controlled when we work for competing clients?
Each client is kept separate, and the rule is enforced by the database itself rather than by hiding things in the interface — so it holds no matter which screen someone opens. Owners, Directors and Managers see every client in their own company. A Team Lead sees the clients their team has projects for. A Project Head or detailer sees only the clients they are personally assigned to. A per-view audit trail — who opened or downloaded which document, and when — is planned but is not live yet, so we do not offer one today.
What happens to the files and spreadsheets we have now?
Standards are uploaded into Hadvii and become versioned records, so the old copies stop competing with each other. Project tracking moves onto one shared format instead of a sheet per team. Nothing is deleted from where it lives today — you decide when your team stops using the old copies.
Can we use one module without the other?
Yes. Standards and Document Control is the module being built first, and it is useful on its own. The Project and Team Tracker follows, and the two are designed to link up — a project entry can show which revision of a standard its drawings were detailed against.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Hadvii is built to work on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, and can be installed to a phone’s home screen. Checking a standard or a project status from the shop floor is a normal way to use it, not an afterthought.
How is it priced?
Pricing is confirmed with you when your workspace is set up, rather than published here while the product is still being rolled out to its first firms.
Every client standard under version control, every project on one board
Hadvii is being rolled out to its first steel detailing firms.
Start with one client’s standards and one team’s projects, and add the rest as you go.
